What Can We Make for You?
First Impressions Graphics is well known around Sevier County for making high quality apparel, made-to-order, for many schools, businesses, organizations, and individuals. We can print on anything that will fit on our screen press including, shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, polos, jackets, shorts, and sweatpants. We also screenprint a handful of promotional items like towels, canvas bags, and can coozies. Anything we can't print in-house, we have outsource options available.
Along with screenprinting, we're pretty proud of our embroidery department - just ask anyone at The King's Academy what they think! We primarily embroider apparel, hats, towels, backpacks, and bags but, like screenprinting, if we can fit it on our machine, we can probably embroider it. We've done some extremely unique projects including custom boat seat covers, Freemason aprons, Christmas stockings, and the occasional plush elephant.
We also make signs, banners, decals, and square magnets right in the shop. You've probably seen a sign or banner we've made around town, including the SmartCars road sign, the campus flags at The King's Academy, the sponsor signs at the Tri-C Rodeo arena, many of the realtor signs, and countless senior and sponsor banners found at the area schools.
Many people ask if we have anything ready made for retail sale. We do, in fact, have a small retail space setup at the front of our shop. Our inventory is made up mostly of "extras" - meaning that when we do a project that may have appeal to our Seymour neighbors, we print extras and put them out for sale. We will not likely have every size, but we've got enough of a selection that you can probably find something you might like. We tend to have items readily available for the Seymour Classic Car Club, the Sevier County Gun Club, Heritage High School, the Seymour schools, and, of course, The King's Academy. Finally, we have a "scratch and dent" box with apparel that met with an "oops moment" or in some way just didn't pass our QC. These garments are still totally okay to wear and we sell them at a steep discount.
Production Time: Approximately 2 Weeks
We strive to complete every order within two weeks of receiving your actual order, meaning a complete list of size, quantity, and styles. However, delays may occur based on design time, inventory availability, shipping times, and current production schedule. All inventory is procured at the time you place your order. It usually takes a few days to a week for us to receive your product and we try to plan this time into the two week production schedule. Rush ordering (5 business days) is available for an additional charge. Contact us for additional information.
Needless to say, if you have a hard deadline, place your order as early as possible!
Inventory & Samples
While we have some inventory on hand, we do not generally stock enough to complete full orders. We order from several different wholesale suppliers to fulfill orders. Additionally, there is expanded availability and options if you browse at dropship.figfx.net but keep in mind some items and general stock may incur additional shipping charges to your order. If you would like to have a more hands on ordering experience, you may stop by the shop anytime between 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday (hours may vary based on holidays and work-related activities). At the shop we have a plethora of swatch books and catalogs to browse as well as a rack full of samples of our most popular styles.
You may return most new, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items that have been customized with names, numbers, or other uniquely identifying marks cannot be returned unless the item is incorrect or defective.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and use standard retail rates as designated by the shipper. Some larger shipments may also include a small handling charge to cover the cost of shipping materials.
