Returns Policy

You may return most new, unwashed, resalable items within 14 days of delivery (up to a maximum of 25 days from when your product was ordered) for a full refund. Resalable means items we would normally stock in our retail section. Items that have been customized with names, numbers, or other uniquely identifying marks, as well as products which are particular to your business or organization and would otherwise not be an "off-the-rack product," cannot be returned unless the item is incorrect or defective. We reserve the right to refuse any refund based on the resale condition of the product.

 

  • All accepted returns are subject to a 20% or $25 (whichever is greater) restocking charge.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and use standard retail rates as designated by the shipper. Some larger shipments may also include a small handling charge to cover the cost of shipping materials.
